Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.Job DescriptionAs a T&T| CBRE Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.This is a remote role for someone in the Mountain time zone. We are looking for a construction project manager to support our financial retail banking client on their projects. This person will support a large volume on projects consisting of HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades, etc. There is no travel required for this role. What You’ll Do:Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teamsWork within broad guidelines and policies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction preferred.
