As an Account Manager , you’re the key link between our clients and our crews. You’ll make sure sites look exceptional, clients are thrilled with our service, and teams have the support they need to succeed. Lead Your Team: Manage and support landscape maintenance crews, creating clear schedules, assigning resources, and keeping operations running smoothly. Own the Customer Experience: Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular site visits, ensuring expectations are not just met but exceeded. Drive Quality & Safety: Identify site improvement opportunities, collaborate with sales teams on proposals, and follow up to win and deliver enhancement projects. Manage Budgets & Reporting: Track hours, expenses, and revenue weekly while helping the branch hit financial goals. Maintain Equipment: Oversee the care, maintenance, and repairs of assigned equipment to keep crews productive. At least 2 years of experience managing landscape maintenance crews and working directly with customers Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A degree in a related field is preferred, but not required - experience and passion go a long way Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Company vehicle provided Comprehensive benefits - medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
