Admin Executive

Job Description: As an Admin Executive at MemmSoft, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will handle a variety of tasks, including office management, communication, and coordination of administrative activities. Your role will be crucial in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Communication: Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and managing inquiries. Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Compliance: Ensure office operations comply with company policies and procedures. Assistance: Provide support with various projects and tasks as required. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or office management role. Skills: Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Problem‑Solving: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Professionalism: High level of professionalism and discretion. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Software: Familiarity with office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems). Industry Knowledge: Experience in [specific industry, if applicable] is a plus. Certifications: Relevant certifications in office administration or management are a plus.
