Base pay range $28.00/hr - $41.50/hr Overview We’re looking for a customer‑focused Benefits Specialist to support members with understanding and managing their benefits. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments for members who request information, and lead Zoom sessions to clearly explain benefits. You’ll also provide ongoing support with updates, changes, and basic claims‑related assistance while building long‑term trust through follow‑ups and proactive service.
