Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized and comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to gauge progress and adjust treatment as necessary.

• Utilize an array of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to provide effective interventions.

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting techniques to cater to different dynamics and backgrounds.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults facing a variety of challenges including stress management, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma, as well as providing family therapy and substance abuse counseling. Our diverse client base requires a counselor who is adaptable and skilled in addressing multiple mental health needs, guided by a commitment to client-centered care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unencumbered license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
