Full-Time School-Based Therapists We're looking for talented and passionate Full‑Time School‑Based Therapists to join our growing team! This position is based in Harford County Public Schools and will be split between Edgewood High School and Deerfield Elementary School. Position Summary Brighter,Stronger Foundation is looking for mental health therapists to provide quality, individualized treatment to our growing clientele. What You’ll Do Provide quality clinical assessment and treatment, interventions and care based on established best practices and medical necessity guidelines Complete diagnostic assessments and develop measurable treatment plans to meet needs and goals of clients Complete diagnostic assessment tools that support and correspond with client’s clinical presentation Complete client notes capturing each client session Complete clinical documentation in compliance with payor standards Maintain clear, up-to-date client records and communications in HIPAA compliant EHR Provide culturally sensitive, client-centered care Work collaboratively with members of BSF’s team Provide community referral sources as required throughout care and at discharge When relevant, coordinate care with prescriber, PCP, or other collaterals Maintain a confidential and professional looking virtual office space Remain in compliance with company policies and procedures Maintain good standing with all licensing boards Complete all required continuing education requirements for licensure and specializations What We Offer Direct Admin Support: Dedicated care coordination team to manage referrals, and match you with clients that fit your expertise. LGPC/LCPC, LGFT/LCMFT, LMSW/LCSW-C/LCSW
