This position is remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while serving clients through our outpatient counseling center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver holistic client care, coordinating treatment approaches and sharing relevant information.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying up-to-date with the latest research and attending relevant workshops to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Maryland.

• At least 2 years of direct experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Strong knowledge of ethical and legal standards governing counseling practice, as well as the ability to incorporate these principles into day-to-day interactions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and client caseload.
