IT Customer Support Analyst

Job Details Location: Chase Building, 303 E Republic Rd, Springfield, Missouri 65807 Department: 1709 IT Service Desk Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Mon – Fri (40 hours weekly) Shift: Day Shift (United States of America) The Information Technology Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to end‑users of IT systems and applications, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, guiding and training end‑users, and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Responsibilities Provide technical support to end‑users of IT systems and applications. Diagnose and resolve technical issues. Provide guidance and training to end‑users. Ensure issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Document support requests and maintain accurate records of support incidents. Qualifications Preferred: Associate's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Preferred: 1 year of experience in IT customer support, focusing on end‑user support and troubleshooting. Basic understanding of commonly used operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications. Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience. Ability to diagnose and resolve simple technical problems such as password resets and basic software issues. Ability to document support requests and solutions for future reference.
