RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisor Night ShiftThe Grand Pavillion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center is looking for a talented and hard-working RN Supervisor to join their ever-growing rehabilitation team. The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center is a facility with 158 beds and is proud of their state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym servicing 60 + short term beds. The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center team consists of 30+ Therapists spanning 20 years of experience with backgrounds in acute, sub-acute, long term and outpatient settings would provide an excellent setting for learning and growth. The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center provides Rehabilitation services seven days a week.RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisor Night Shift Responsibilities Include:Registered Nurse responsible to the Director of Nursing for the coordination and quality of care and services to residents in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards and regulations. She/He is a member of the Nursing Management team.RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisor Night Shift Qualifications/Requirements:Experience in Acute Care/ Long Term Care NursingClinically knowledge and capable of making appropriate care and service decisions.Leadership qualities and administrative competency or demonstrates potential for this.Reliable for attendance and punctuality.Strong organizational and communications skills with all levels of staff and disciplines within the organizationFlexibility for schedule and duties within the department and adaptable to changing situations.Must be computer literate.Salary $110,000-$120,000 based on Experience/Education + benefits packageThe Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
