Systems Analyst The responsibilities of OpenFLEX Systems Analyst include analyzing, enhancing and implementing software solutions for payment programs and database storage using: EDI PowerBuilder SQL Server Dot‑NET Python C/C++ XP/RUP & XML Mge & support e‑learning module BS degree in ElecEngr/Comp Sci or equivalent Senior Consultant Using our leading‑edge integration server, OpenFLEX Senior Consultants work directly with our customers and partners in developing state‑of‑the‑art e‑business solutions. Senior Consultants provide expertise in all stages of the full life‑cycle development process, assist in implementing business processes, design and implement interfaces to customers’ and partners’ business systems, and provide guidance in developing systems for fault tolerance and performance. Senior Consultants also participate in developing our Professional Services Best Practices and Methodologies. Strong hands‑on technical skills (Java and C++ are required) 5+ years of experience implementing medium to large‑scale distributed applications Solid working knowledge of UNIX and NT environments Experience using object‑oriented design and development methodologies Experience with full life‑cycle development process, including at least one project deployment Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong leadership and customer interaction skills Willing/able to travel at 50% or more Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent Experience in one or more of the following technologies: J2EE/EJB, XML, CORBA, DCOM/DNA, databases, enterprise software packages, and internet security Systems Engineers Systems Engineers (pre‑sales engineers) are software experts who work alongside Area Sales Managers to structure and conduct evaluations of OpenFLEX’s products by its potential customers. They perform a wide range of duties: delivering technical presentations and demonstrations, managing the evaluation process, conducting detailed requirements analyses, understanding the competitive marketplace, performing technical account management, and coding/delivering proof‑of‑concept and prototype projects. The most desirable applicants will have strong experience with Object‑Oriented software, a solid foundation in software implementation, and experience working with customers. Current successful Systems Engineers at OpenFLEX have come from positions as software engineers, post‑sales consultants, product managers, technical support engineers, technical trainers, and pre‑sales engineers. OpenFLEX considers Systems Engineers critical to our company’s success. Systems Engineers will own 50% of the decisions and responsibilities in the sales process. B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent experience Excellent written and oral communication skills 3 years of software development experience preferred Experience in OO Design and Programming strongly preferred Experience with middleware, Object‑oriented programming and design, and component‑based development and deployment models, and distributed programming a plus Experience with ERP suites or other enterprise applications a plus Experience with RDBMS a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
