Our teams are the heart of our success, and we value professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to service.WRMC is seeking a strategic and hands-on Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of residential communities and lead a team of General Managers.This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, strengthening client relationships, and developing high-performing teams. The Regional Director partners closely with Executive Leadership and Boards of Directors to ensure each community operates efficiently, meets financial goals, and delivers an exceptional resident experience.What You'll DoProvide leadership and operational oversight for an assigned portfolio of propertiesLead, coach, and support General Managers across multiple communitiesPartner with Executive Leadership to establish and achieve regional goalsBuild strong relationships with Boards of Directors and key stakeholdersOversee financial performance, budgeting, and process improvementsEvaluate underperforming properties and implement strategic solutionsEnsure proper staffing, hiring, and team development across sitesSupport new business development and assist with onboarding new accountsEnsure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry best practicesTravel regularly to properties and attend Board and community meetings as needed
