To support a dynamic legal team, the full-time remote Legal Support Specialist - Evening will manage document issues, collaborate with attorneys, and utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills, including expert-level proficiency in Excel, while working evening shifts. Key responsibilities Resolve document issues quickly and efficiently while managing multiple projects Format legal documents using advanced skills in Microsoft Word and other legal technology applications Provide exceptional customer service and support to attorneys and business professionals in a collaborative team environment Required qualifications Minimum of five years of legal support experience, such as a Paralegal or Legal Administrative Assistant Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to competing priorities Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative in problem-solving
