As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:30 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:30 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests at a technology and media location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance-related issues.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verifying credentials and directing guests to appropriate contacts or destinations.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
- Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications accurately and promptly, while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic technology and media environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
