ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency this year after a long journey with State Farm that began over a decade ago as an intern and continued through seven years as a team member. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the business and a clear vision for building an agency rooted in service, consistency, and strong relationships.

I attended the University of Missouri, am married, and we’re excited to welcome a baby in March 2026. I’m also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc, which reflects my long-standing commitment to leadership and service.

Community involvement is important to me, and I stay actively engaged through my local church, where I serve in marriage ministry leadership, as well as with the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Darius Thurston - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
