Physician Assistant PRN or Nurse Practitioner PRN Location: Erlanger, KY (Greater Cincinnati metro) Employment Type: Per Diem (PRN basis) Overview Concentra, the largest occupational health care company in the country, is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support our outpatient center in Erlanger, KY within the greater Cincinnati metro on a per diem PRN basis. Shift availability includes Mon‑Fri business hours and Saturday half days. Responsibilities Assures personal compliance with licensing, certification and accrediting bodies. Evaluates and treats Center patients in accordance with Concentra's medical model. Completes all medical record documentation prior to end of shift. Calls client representatives following employee treatment for initial injury and/or at any significant change in status. Calls patients to ensure their well‑being as needed following center visits. In the absence of Center Medical Director, provides guidance to other medical personnel and center colleagues. Qualifications Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction. Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction. DOT/FMCSA certification – active or willing to obtain during credentialing. Eligible to participate in Medicare. Two to five years of experience in primary care, occupational medicine, urgent care, or an emergency medicine setting is preferred.
