Accounts Payable Specialist

A global trading and sourcing company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join its finance team.
What You'll Do:
- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and PO matching
- Prepare weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, checks)
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end close, AP accruals, and reporting
- Collaborate with Operations and Logistics teams
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of AP experience, ideally in trading, distribution, or logistics
- International vendor and multi-currency experience a plus
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
