Job Responsibilities & Requirements Responsibilities Assist the Program Director with day‑to‑day on‑site oversight and operation of the after‑school program. Oversee ratios and combine classrooms at the end of day. Oversee implementation of curriculum and daily schedule. Oversee cleaning of classrooms at the end of day. Cover staff absences. Provide support to staff for development and training under direction from the Program Director and Education & Training Coordinator. Oversee completion of progress reports once per year. Assist the Program Director with departures and outgoing buses. Assist with the promotion of company and school‑age child care programs to the community. Update classroom required postings. Bring all concerns to the Program Director. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Suitable BRC. At least 20 years old. 12 months of supervised Out‑of‑School time work experience as a Group Leader.
