As a member of our team, you will work from a climate-controlled, comfortable office setting, while also having the flexibility to operate remotely. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of patients’ mental health care, utilizing tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address cultural diversity and the unique needs of patients served.
\n
• Monitor patient progress continuously, adjusting interventions and strategies as needed to promote effective mental health treatment.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and department policies.
\n
• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with their desired outcomes.
\n
• Address safety concerns and proactively manage patients’ symptoms to enhance their daily functioning.
\n
• Coordinate referral options and maintain positive relationships with other healthcare professionals and organizations.
\n
• Provide educational support and mentoring to interns, students, and volunteers, fostering their professional growth.
\n
• Participate in peer reviews and clinical collaboration, under the guidance of a clinical supervisor, to enhance team development and patient care outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus for this role includes individuals and families who are coping with the challenges of a cancer diagnosis. You will be tasked with providing compassionate support and effective therapeutic interventions to help patients and their families navigate their emotional and psychological journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute collaboratively to patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working in hospice, oncology, or mental health settings will be advantageous. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a commitment to continuous learning in therapeutic methodologies will enhance candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
