Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for clients spanning all age groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Effectively manage client records, ensuring that all notes and documentation are completed promptly in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.

• Utilize our efficient billing service for handling claims, insurance accounts receivable, and payment plans to devote more time to client care.

• Maintain a well-organized calendar, scheduling ongoing appointments with clients and following up to ensure continuity of care.

• Demonstrate adaptability in managing a diverse range of clinical presentations, ensuring that every client receives respectful and competent care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, along with additional performance-based bonuses. We offer competitive compensation for our full-time therapists who are considered W2 employees.
