Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and client communication

Assist clients through the tax preparation process

Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships

Market services professionally and consistently

Support onboarding and document collection

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Work independently while contributing to team goals

Build and retain client relationships

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service experience required

Tax preparation experience strongly preferred

Existing client portfolio/client base is a major plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable learning technology and tax processes

Ability to market services and generate business

Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
