Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect vital information about clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing an array of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless and integrated treatment approach.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and conduct thorough risk assessments, implementing safety plans when necessary to protect client well-being.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that foster community and provide additional support to clients and families.

Qualifications\n
