Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation for tracking purposes.
• Maintain order sheets and WIP trackers, monitoring all details (fabric, trims, samples, lead times).
• Communicate regularly with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely material delivery.
• Liaise directly with international factories on a daily basis.
• Identify and address potential production issues to minimize delays.
• Ensure all production processes adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Provide regular updates to management on production progress and challenges.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Coordinator should have:

• A strong understanding of production processes and operations in the retail industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Apparel Production, or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of apparel production/manufacturing processes and capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams internally, externally and internationally.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• An eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
