Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients, building rapport and nurturing a therapeutic relationship while adhering to professional boundaries and ethics.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess therapeutic progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and ensuring clients are prepared for discharge when appropriate.
