Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the unique needs and circumstances of adult and geriatric clients.

• Provide individualized, family-oriented, or group psychotherapy tailored to the specific challenges faced by patients.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, offering consultation and insights to enhance overall treatment planning and delivery.

• Develop and maintain thorough documentation of treatment plans, clinical notes, and evaluations that adhere to established medical records policies and procedures.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult and geriatric populations, employing therapeutic interventions that address a variety of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated ability to build effective therapeutic relationships and rapport with clients of varying backgrounds.
