We work with closet and garage design companies across the country, and we have the case studies and results to prove it. We need a sharp, motivated part-timer to get our story in front of more of them: you'll make the calls, send the emails, and sign up new clients on our $1,000/month marketing program. This is a great fit for a current student or recent graduate who wants real sales reps on their resume, without being thrown in without support.

Through our Closet & Garage Marketing brand, we build websites, SEO, and ad programs specifically for closet and garage design companies, and we have a strong library of case studies and client results to back it up. You'll work a dedicated list of closet and garage design companies, calling and emailing owners to introduce FT's Closet & Garage Marketing program. You'll walk them through our results and social proof and sign them up on our standard $1,000/month agreement. This is an order-taking role, not a high-pressure negotiation: the offer, pricing, and proof points are already built for you. If a prospect pushes back hard or wants to negotiate terms, a senior team member will step in and take it from there. Ninety days in, success looks like a steady daily calling and emailing cadence and a growing list of signed clients.

•       Make outbound calls and send emails to closet and garage design companies from a dedicated target list

•       Introduce FT's Closet & Garage Marketing program using our case studies and client results

•       Present the standard $1,000/month agreement and sign up interested owners

•       Loop in a senior team member when a prospect raises objections or wants to negotiate

•       Log every call, email, and outcome in GoHighLevel (FT's CRM)

•       Follow up on leads who don't answer or need a second and third touch

•       Hit weekly calling and sign-up targets

Required:

•       Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate

•       Comfortable talking on the phone with business owners and handling "no" without losing momentum

•       Clear, confident verbal communication

•       Organized and reliable about logging activity in a CRM

•       Coachable: open to feedback and following a proven script and process

Preferred:

•       Prior sales, customer service, or retail experience

•       Interest in marketing, sales, or business development as a career path

•       Familiarity with a CRM or outreach tool

•       $18.00/hour, part-time

•       Bonus paid per new client signed

•       Approximately 16–20 hours/week, scheduled around class hours

•       FT's Phoenix office-Hybrid after 30 day training
