Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, formulating individualized treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Provide therapeutic counseling and support during virtual sessions for individuals and families encountering various challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective individual and group counseling sessions that facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Advocate passionately for clients’ rights and access to resources within the community, ensuring social justice and equity are focal points of your practice.

• Engage in the continuous development of service plans, incorporating measurable goals that address client aspirations and therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate actively with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance service accessibility, program development, and the overall quality of care.

• Participate in regular team meetings focused on program evaluation, client outcomes, and ongoing training to foster a culture of growth and a high standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
