Work you'll do As a Manager, Product Strategy and Management on the Global Employer Services technology team, you will be responsible for: Define and evolve product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for technology offerings that support global workforce, mobility, business travel, and remote working needs.Translate client, business, regulatory, risk, and control requirements into product requirements, user stories, and release plans.Partner with engineering, design, go-to-market, and subject matter teams to deliver cloud-based, compliance-focused, and intelligent product enhancements and new capabilities.Lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, prioritization, testing, launch planning, incident management, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring.Support delivery of reporting, integration, and automation capabilities using AWS services, AI and machine learning tools, large language models, and structured data formats. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, business technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a quantitative field5+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, product development, or risk evaluation and controlProven experience translating business or regulatory requirements into product requirements, roadmaps, or release plans; working with cross-functional teams that include technology, design, and business stakeholders; and using Agile or Scrum delivery methods and product lifecycle management toolsProven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Lambda, Glue, Elastic MapReduce (EMR), CloudWatch, Redshift, and Aurora; artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks; large language models; and autonomous agentic systems or intelligent automation solutionsProven experience with incident management, root cause analysis methodologies, resilience patterns, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Extensible Markup Language (XML), and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON); ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per weekOne active accreditation in one of the following: Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in state of practice or primary office, if eligible to sit for the CPA examination.if not CPA eligible, Licensed AttorneyEnrolled AgentAWS Certified Solutions ArchitectCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Certified SAFe Agile Software EngineerCertified SAFe DevOps PractitionerISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board)Microsoft Azure certificationMicrosoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)Oracle Certified ProfessionalAbility to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $226,125. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
