Craft Individualized Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and design tailored intervention strategies to help them reach their personal goals.

Implement Effective Treatment Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.

Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work in tandem with a diverse team of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.

Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers in therapy techniques to support continuous progress beyond the clinical setting.

Document Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and refine therapy plans to keep patients on track.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and will be supported.

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
