Aftermarket Sales Representative – Industrial Equipment Department: Sales Employment Type: Full Time Location: BR01- CHARLOTTE, NC Reporting To: Scott Coracy Compensation: $40,000 / month Description Territory Sales | Parts + Service | Uncapped Commission Charlotte, NC | Field-Based $40K Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses + Monthly Auto Allowance If you’ve ever walked into a facility and instantly thought: “That machine’s about to go down…” This is your lane. Most companies sell equipment; we protect uptime. We don’t wait to be told what’s broken; we already know. This field-based, territory sales role focuses on: Service Agreements (CSA) Parts revenue growth Preventing downtime before it happens Building long-term customer relationships You are NOT inside sales. You are NOT order‑taking. You own your territory and your results.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (DAY‑TO‑DAY)
Walk customer sites and identify equipment risk before failure. Turn service work into long‑term maintenance contracts. Grow parts + service revenue across your territory. Build relationships with operators, technicians, and leadership. Prospect new business through daily field activity. Activity Expectations: 15 in‑person touchpoints/day. 5 outbound calls/day. $40,000 Base Salary. Uncapped Commission (Parts + Service + Contracts). Quarterly + performance bonuses. $800/month auto + phone allowance. High performers scale FAST. Average performers plateau.YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
Sales experience in industrial, parts, service, or equipment environments. Mechanical awareness (can “see” problems early). Comfort with cold outreach + field prospecting. A valid driver’s license. A track record of working independently. You need constant direction. You avoid cold calling or field work. You prefer inside sales or reactive environments.
