Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate student mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that are culturally competent and evidence-based.

• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, or families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Collaborate effectively with school staff, parents, and external healthcare providers to coordinate continuity of care and provide holistic support to students.

• Maintain meticulous client records and progress notes in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and security.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development initiatives to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents who are facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
