Why join us Mentorship Work Life Balance Job Details As a Permanent Corporate Associate, your primary responsibilities will include: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, and other corporate documents. Providing sound legal advice and guidance to clients on a broad range of corporate matters. Working closely with other members of the legal team to develop and implement legal strategies that align with our business goals. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies. Participating in the due diligence process for corporate transactions and providing risk assessments. Managing relationships with external counsel, clients, and other stakeholders. Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization and our clients. Qualifications The successful candidate for the Permanent Corporate Associate position should possess the following qualifications: A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admission to a state bar. At least 2 years of experience in a corporate legal role, preferably with a focus on partnership agreements. Strong knowledge of corporate law and governance principles. Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
