SENA Industrial is expanding into the enterprise vertical with a team communication solution for industrial teams. We are preparing to launch a new product and are hiring an Industrial Sales Representative in North America.Job SummaryThis is a sales role. You will sell our industrial communication product in North America, mainly by signing and working with dealers, VARs, and system integrators.To sell through channel partners, we first need customers who have used the product and will vouch for it. So your first phase is to find a small number of end customers near DFW willing to run a pilot, and to carry each pilot through to results together with our Application Engineer. Those pilots become the references you use to pitch and sign partners. As the partner network grows, so does your territory.Key ResponsibilitiesPilots and references (first phase)Find and contact end-user companies around DFW by phone, email, and site visits, and recruit them for pilot projects.Set up each pilot with the customer and the Application Engineer, and keep it on track through to a results review.Turn successful pilots into references and, where there is a fit, first orders.Channel sales (core of the role)Pitch the product to dealers, VARs, and system integrators and sign them as partners.Work live deals together with partners' sales reps, join customer meetings, and help them close.Drive repeat orders through each partner and grow the number of active partners and regions.Keep an accurate pipeline in CRM (NetSuite) and share customer and competitor feedback with the product team.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development. Experience selling through dealers, distributors, or resellers is strongly preferred.Comfortable making cold calls and visiting customer sites to start new relationships.Able to explain a technical product clearly to both field managers and executives, with support from our technical team.Willing to travel. At first this means frequent day trips to customer sites around DFW. As the channel grows, expect overnight travel across Texas and beyond, up to 40%.Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with a strong sales track record.Preferred QualificationsExperience selling industrial two-way radio or similar communication products, especially at or through a dealer or VAR.Experience starting sales for a product with little existing brand awareness.Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite or similar).Comfort learning wireless or technical products.Company Overview:SENA is a global leader in innovative communication systems, offering advanced connectivity solutions for adventure enthusiasts and professionals.
