Key Qualifications:

• Experience in a school-based environment working with K-12 students

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills for partnering with educators, families, and students
• Organizational skills and adaptability to work across varied caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Design and implement individualized therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and ongoing documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP planning
• Provide guidance to staff and families regarding communication strategies
