Driver Recruiter

Communicates with company driver applicants through all stages of the onboarding process to recruit, select, and hire qualified individuals for employment with Day & Ross or any of its subsidiaries. How You’ll Help Source and qualify candidates for various driving roles nationwide Reach out to candidates via emails, phone calls, and text messaging to engage drivers. Clearly communicate job responsibilities, company culture, and serve as the conduit between quality driver candidates and operational needs. Update our ATS (Tenstreet) to reflect current candidate information, including notes, interviews and all data received from third‑party records (MVR, Background Information, etc.). Your Skills & Experience Associate's degree or 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with the Tenstreet Application Management System is preferred. Working knowledge of the transportation industry, DOT Regulations and Federal Regulations pertaining to hiring practices. Up to 25 percent travel may be required within North America.
