Blaxel (YC X25) is looking for a Founding Technical Recruiter to build its recruiting engine from the ground up. You will own the entire recruiting lifecycle for engineering and product roles as we scale from a small team to a growing engineering force. Your role will include designing structured interview processes and enhancing our employer brand through storytelling and community engagement.
