Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate face-to-face therapy sessions via telehealth for individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy techniques to promote healing and growth.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary and develop strategies to manage acute situations, ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care and share insights on client progress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with New York state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Alcentra Counseling LTD offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
