Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patient needs, analyzing mental health histories to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Support clients by providing them with resources and referrals necessary to reach their personal and mental health goals.

• Regularly monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Fresh Start Healthcare Services values the hard work and dedication of our employees. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $122,000 per year for this full-time position, based on experience and credentials.
