We are looking for builders of projects, teams, and relationships. You'll have the autonomy to run your projects the way they should be run, from preconstruction through closeout, with the full backing of an experienced team and leadership that trusts you.

Every member of our team is expected to become a trusted partner, strengthening relationships, creating value, and earning the confidence that keeps clients and trade partners coming back decade after decade.

What You Will Do:

As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you'll own projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the central point of coordination between owners, design teams, trade partners, and field leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

· Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from day one

· Manage project financial performance, forecasting, and cost controls

· Coordinate procurement, submittals, RFIs, and material tracking

· Partner closely with superintendents to drive field operations and project success

· Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings with confidence

· Identify and mitigate project risks before they become problems

· Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

· Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations

· Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners

· Represent Coulter with professionalism, integrity, and a service-first mindset

· Help mentor and develop Project Engineers and emerging leaders

Project Manager

· 5+ years of commercial construction experience

· Proven ability to independently lead projects with support from senior leadership

· Clear communicator who can confidently interact with owners, architects, trade partners, and field teams

· Organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities at once

· Strong critical thinker who identifies issues early and develops practical solutions

· Self-starter who takes ownership, follows through on commitments, and drives results

· Grow relationships beyond individual projects, understand our clients' businesses, anticipate what's next, and help turn successful projects into lasting partnerships and repeat work

Senior Project Manager

· 10+ years of commercial construction experience

· Proven ability to lead major clients, complex projects, and high-performing teams

· Collaborative leader who values relationships and works effectively across all levels of a project team

· Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration

· Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong client, designer, and trade partner relationships

· Professional, humble, and service-oriented approach to leadership and client service
