ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Location: Conroe, TX
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: Work From Home
Pay: $25-$30 an hour / DOE
Type: Full-Time
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Conroe. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and accounting skills, with experience handling invoicing and day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and process customer invoices
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Post payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist with billing and collections
• Review invoices for accuracy
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized accounting records
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding invoices and payments
• Assist with other administrative and accounting duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience required
• Invoicing and billing experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable and professional work ethic
