Hybrid Contract-to-Hire Potential
- Process insurance quote requests with speed and accuracy
- Enter and maintain data in Excel, Salesforce, and carrier systems
- Prepare proposal documents and supporting materials
- Communicate with internal team members via email
- Maintain organized electronic records
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong administrative and data entry experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
- Hybrid schedule after training (approximately one day per week in the office)
- Opportunity for overtime during peak season
