Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in Child and Family team meetings and treatment planning sessions, contributing your therapeutic expertise to support our comprehensive approach.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and routinely provide updates and discharge reports, ensuring timely submission of all required documentation as per agency, contract, and licensing standards.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and take responsibility for the management and security of all client records.
\n
• Utilize your diagnostic expertise to assess and formulate treatment strategies for children and adolescents, adapting therapeutic interventions based on the evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic techniques that foster effective communication and resolve conflict within families, ensuring therapeutic support is tailored to the unique dynamics of each family.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote LMFT, you will primarily work with a diverse population of both adults and children/adolescents facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational struggles. You will utilize your skills to create a safe environment for clients to express their feelings and work through their challenges, making significant strides towards healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.
