Aerospace & Defense Strategic Accounts – Contract Manufacturing Pen Manufacturing is seeking an Aerospace & Defense Strategic Accounts expert to drive growth across commercial aerospace, defense, and government-related manufacturing programs. This role is responsible for developing and expanding long-term OEM and Tier 1 supplier relationships within aerospace and defense manufacturing ecosystems. We are seeking a senior commercial leader with deep aerospace and defense industry experience and strong technical understanding of precision manufacturing environments. Role Overview Develop and expand strategic aerospace and defense OEM relationships Drive new business across commercial aerospace and defense programs Secure multi-year production contracts and manufacturing agreements Build executive-level relationships with procurement, engineering, and supply chain leaders Lead pricing strategy, RFQ responses, and contract negotiations Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure manufacturability and program success Support long-term aerospace and defense growth strategy Ideal Background 10–20+ years of aerospace and defense sales or strategic account experience Direct experience selling manufacturing services into aerospace or defense required Existing relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or defense contractors strongly preferred Strong understanding of AS9100, ITAR, and aerospace manufacturing standards Background in sheet metal fabrication, welding, or precision machining preferred Proven track record of winning complex, high-value production programs Candidates without direct aerospace and defense manufacturing experience will not be considered.
