Position Summary The Transaction Coordinator supports the accurate and timely processing of real estate transaction documentation. This role is responsible for maintaining transaction records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth documentation workflows. The base hourly range is $30.66 – $33.66. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job‑related skills relevant to the role. Responsibilities Conduct pre‑listing request due diligence for clients, including abstracting and labeling documents into the client folder. Create and maintain listing agreements, state legal documents, and onboarding documents for new listings. List properties on MNET, Crexi, Costar, and the personal website, and create marketing pieces for LinkedIn and email databases. Order title work and confirm lease details such as ROFR and ROFO, coordinating processes as needed. Coordinate the opening of escrow, manage escrow timelines, and maintain contact sheets. Arrange third‑party orders (Phase 1 surveys, zoning reports, appraisals) and coordinate site visits with sellers or tenants. Order or request estoppel agreements and SNDAs, ensuring all parties comply with contract timelines. Coordinate the closing of escrow and submit commission demand requests. Update insurance with buyer and lender, adding parties as additionally insured. Troubleshoot and overcome objections throughout the transaction process. Process tenant notice letters and coordinate rent with buyers when representing them. Submit closing documents internally with all required information. Create closing marketing pieces for LinkedIn and email databases. Evaluate and process comparable sales, identifying closed and on‑market comps and abstracting necessary data. Communicate with listing agents to confirm listing status. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma required; an associate degree is preferred. At least two (2) years of experience in administrative support, transaction coordination, or revenue operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and InDesign. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Familiarity with real estate closing documents is a plus.
