Your Responsibilities

• Oversee Complete Search Processes, from the initial intake to the final hiring decision.
• Engage as a Client Consultant, fully comprehending their hiring requirements, challenges, and cultural ethos.
• Strategically Source Candidates utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your extensive network and tools, including our customized communication platform.
• Utilize Our Comprehensive Platform to manage candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver enduring advantages for clients and lucrative commissions for you.
• Participate in Thought Leadership initiatives as we evolve our brand — and yours.
