Gonzaba Medical Group is hiring a Part Time Patient Service Representative to support the inbound GMG contact center in San Antonio. You will schedule and manage appointments, handle prescription refills, and educate patients on GMG services including specialty and nursing care. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish fluency, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
