What You'll Do

• Assist with daily dealership accounting and bookkeeping
• Handle deal posting and funding 
• Reconcile schedules, bank accounts, and statements
• Process AP/AR and general ledger entries 
• Assist with payroll and administrative tasks
• Support inventory management and month-end closing
• Provide backup support for title, registration, and other office functions
• Scan and organize finalized documents 
• Collaborate with sales, service, and accounting teams 

What We're Looking For

• Dealership or automotive office experience preferred
• DMS experience (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, is a plus
