The Sands College of Performing Arts at Pace University is seeking experienced part-time theatrical professionals in all areas of live entertainment to serve as Production Associates. The part-time Associates work during the academic semesters for the Mainstage Production season, assisting Performing Arts students, staff, and faculty with production in one or more of the following areas: lighting, audio and visual media; costume, stitching, and wardrobe; or scenery, painting, and carpentry. Predominately, we are looking for lighting, audio, and stitching. In addition to the department supervisor, Production Associates will also be under the direction of the Director of Production. Position Duties Assist students, staff, and faculty with the delivery of Mainstage productions. Provide production support in one or more areas of live entertainment, including lighting, audio and visual media; costume, stitching, and wardrobe; or scenery, painting, and carpentry. Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time. Work Hours Exact hours to be determined with supervisor; can range between 5 - 20 hours per week, depending on the production schedule and needs for each production.
