Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain a trusting and empathetic relationship with clients to foster a safe space for healing.

• Perform thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and develop corresponding treatment plans.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs and challenges faced by each patient.

• Regularly consult with clients to provide therapy and adjust treatment strategies based on progress and feedback.

• Monitor and evaluate client outcomes through ongoing assessments, ensuring the effectiveness of therapy and adjusting as necessary.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, referring clients to specialized services when needed, to ensure comprehensive care.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Certification or experience in addiction therapy is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatments for mental health disorders and co-occurring conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
