The division was created to provide a different and better replacement experience for homeowners. Role Description We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in July 2026. As a Design Consultant you will attend pre‑scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. Your goal is to provide homeowners with all the information they need to make a same‑day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one‑call close sales role—there is no project management or follow‑up required.
