HR Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for an exceptional teammate to support operational delivery initiatives for recruiting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong administrative, organization, and communication skills, laser customer focus, and meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities Partner daily with recruiters to provide coordination support Deliver systems-based recruiting management for our recruiting team, including requisition management, scheduling, and offer creation. Responsible for scheduling candidate interviews. Build and maintain strong relationships across the enterprise. Support system-based remediation efforts and monitor issues occurring throughout the recruiting funnel. Support ongoing efforts of data proficiency for the Horizontal Operations team. Assist with preparing and distributing ad-hoc reporting, data pulls. Assist in ad hoc team projects and programs.
